Nice shot. Are those attached to a temple, or just standing alone by the side of the road?

It was taken on my way home along one of the back lanes. A whole line of them in a driveway to an old wooden building. Don't think it is a temple, more like a local community gathering spot.
The hats looked brand new and sort of glowed.
